Data We Collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your email, display name, avatar URL (if available), and a technical account ID. This is used only to authenticate you and secure access to the app.
App data (local)
Your items, notes, photos, and reminder settings are kept on your device. Until cloud sync is released, they are not transmitted to us.
Crash logs
If enabled on your device, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports to help us fix bugs. These reports are handled by Apple and may be shared with us; they do not include your inventory content.
How We Use Data
- Authenticate your account and keep sessions secure.
- Send notifications you opt in to (e.g., expiry reminders).
- Improve the app’s reliability and performance.
We do not sell your data. We do not read your email or contacts.
Retention
Account info is kept while your account is active. Local app data (stored in iOS using Core Data) stays on your device until you delete it, use in‑app clear options, or uninstall the App. We do not maintain server backups of your inventory.
Your Rights
Depending on your region (EU/EEA/UK/Canada/USA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
